The 2024 group has completed.
we give so much. our work is deeply political and visionary.
we support our clients in setting boundaries, aligning their actions with their politics, and healing intergenerational patterns.
but we can come to our sessions from a depleted place, especially in this political moment of heart-shattering disregard for human life and the dignity of our planet.
but somehow we keep showing up. even as we might question if we can keep going in this work…or at all.
in this volatile present and frighteningly uncertain future, all we have is each other.
so this space is for us.

whether you’re feeling resourced and pacing yourself, doing ok to well financially, feeling alright or even well cared for, or inspired, you belong here.
commune with other practitioners who don’t call the cops on our clients in crisis, who are unequivocally for a Free Palestine, and who continue to believe in mental health care for all…and insist on coming up with creative ways to keep serving our people without depleting ourselves.
an elixir is a nourishing concoction of complementary herbs, spices, and plants that provide sustenance and healing. think reclining with a delicious drink, laughing and maybe even crying, too.
we will relate deeply, practice intentionally, and find our way in all the questions we are living in our work in this political moment of ongoing genocides, rising fascism, state repression, climate catastrophe, attacks on bodily autonomy, and anti-trans legislation.

but! this will not be a stare at the screen meeting. we will be moving, playing, dreaming, practicing, connecting, and resting.

each session will include approximately
15 minutes of practice strategy
45 minutes of somatic practice
break
30 minutes of group coaching
15 minutes of emotional support
$120-$40 per session ($1200-$400 total) sliding scale
one $20 sponsored space is available.
participants must commit to entire series fees regardless of needing to miss sessions. please only apply if you plan to be able to attend at least 8/10 sessions.
this group is primarily somatic practice and group coaching.
this is not group psychotherapy; not a training in offering generative somatics to your clients; not individual client supervision or consultation.
we are addressing our self healing in relation to our practice as a whole using generative somatics practice for our own healing and practice development. more on my training and lineage here.
we do not just need boundaries with work.
we need to deeply heal our sense of over-responsibility from developmental and institutional trauma so we can make right-sized offers and sustain ourselves while fighting for real structural change.
we don’t need to do ‘marketing.’
we need to be responsive to who we truly are and what we have to offer. we need to clearly name our powerful offer by healing shame and hiding less so the people that need us can find us.
we need to find more safety and support together to reveal our love for our communities and longing for justice.
we don’t need to ‘network.’
we need cross-pollination among other healer-organizers and visionaries. we need to deeply know and support each other.
we need to build power together to serve our communities and have enough energy to live and organize.
